Jonathan J. Delshad
Jonathan J. Delshad is a Los Angeles attorney who represents employees in employment, civil rights, and complex civil litigation — including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour matters. He earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from UCLA and practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles from 2006 to 2011 before opening his own firm. He founded the California Wrongful Termination Law Review to give practitioners and the public timely, carefully sourced analysis of the statutes and appellate decisions shaping California employment law, and verifies every analysis published under his byline against the primary source before publication.
